73rd Annual Laymen’s Conference

This year’s theme is: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)

Every year since 1947, laymen of the Episcopal Churches in Tennessee have gathered at DuBose Conference Center in Monteagle, TN.  Originally just one grouping or “Diocese”, the men of Tennessee have maintained their bonds despite the fact that the national Church divided Tennessee into the three groups in 1982.  The Annual Conference of Tennessee Churchmen is the oldest gathering of lay people in the Episcopal Church.  We invite you to join in this wonderful tradition of worship and fellowship.
