Voting Login Instructions

  1. Get to the V‑Poll login screen

There are two ways to reach the V‑Poll login screen.

Option A: Use the QR code

  • Open the camera app on your internet-connected phone or tablet.
  • Point the camera at the QR code provided for the convention
  • When a link appears on your screen, tap the link.
  • You will be taken directly to the V‑Poll login screen.

Option B: Use the website and access code

  • Open a web browser on your device (for example, Chrome, Safari, or Edge).
  • In the address bar, type: vpoll.mobi and go to that site.
  • On the V‑Poll home page, find the “Join a Meeting” section.
  • Tap in the “Enter Access Code” field and type: diotn194 (one word, no spaces; upper‑ or lowercase is fine).
  • Click or tap the Join button to go to the login screen.
  1. Enter your login credentials

Once you are on the V‑Poll login screen, you will be asked for your credentials.

  • In the Last Name field, enter your last name exactly as it was provided to you (pay attention to capitalization and spacing).
  • In the ID Number field, enter your assigned ID number exactly as given. This will be a three digit number on your registration packet label marked “Unique ID”.

If the information does not match exactly, you will see an “Invalid user credentials, please check” error message and will need to try again.

  1. Select the polling session

After entering your last name and ID number:

  • Tap the Polling Session dropdown list.
  • Select “194th Annual Convention.” ​
  1. Submit and confirm login

To complete your login:

  • Tap the Submit button.
  • If everything is correct, you will see the message “Question will be broadcast shortly.”

You are now logged in and ready to vote when questions are sent out.

  1. Casting your vote (once logged in)

When it is time to vote, a question will appear on your device’s screen.

  • Tap your chosen answer option.
  • Tap the Submit button to cast your vote.

If you change your mind before submitting, tap your answer again to deselect it, then tap a different option. You can change your selection as often as you like until you press Submit; once you press Submit and see “Answer is successfully saved,” your vote is final and cannot be changed.
