DESCRIPTION:ToT is back for another season at St. Bartholomew’s\, Nashville and first up is their own Chris Hornsby leading a conversation on Jesus\, Creation\, & Justice. The topic of creation and nature and how do we care for it has been buzzing for a while now. What are we as Christians supposed to think about these things? What does following Jesus mean regarding our view of the outside world? Join us on Thursday\, October 6\, in the St. B’s garden for beverages and theological reflection about Jesus\, nature\, and the environment. Chris will offer meditations on Scripture\, lead an educational walk through our grounds\, and discuss ways that environmental stewardship ties into justice. \n\n\n\nChris Hornsby is the Field Operations Supervisor at the Cumberland River Compact and works with programming related to establishing an urban canopy and other green infrastructure installations.
