Mission Statement:   

The Diocesan Youth Steering Committee exists to resource and cultivate ministry to teens in the Diocese of Tennessee. This is implemented by:

  • Resourcing youth workers in the diocese with curriculum and programming ideas
  • Connecting for vocational fellowship, and
  • Creating events for teens in the diocese to connect with one another.

Compline, Queso and Compassion

Diocesan youth in grades 6-12 and EYC Leaders are invited for an evening of togetherness as we move through the season of Advent. This program provides youth with an opportunity to meet other Episcopal young people and explore their spiritual side during Advent. We will be eating SATCO for dinner with plenty of Queso and packing Fuel Bags for GraceWorks to distribute to children at schools who need extra food on the weekends. We will close with compline by candle light. Registration closes on December 1. SIGNUP HERE.


2019 Fall Gathering of the Diocese of Tennessee Youth

Sunday, September 29, 2019 4-7 p.m.

To be held at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church located at 4800 Belmont Park Terrace, Nashville, TN 37215

All 6-12th graders from across the Diocese of Tennessee are invited for a gathering of games, fellowship, worship, and dinner as we play and pray together. We will get to know Diocese of Tennessee youth as we have a whole lot of fun an share joy. Wear clothes that might get messy outside. This is a rain or shine event!

The cost is $10. There are scholarships available.


Registration deadline is September 22. If you register by the deadline you will receive a shirt.
